Delivery procedure
As soon as your order has been taken and your payment accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order with your invoice as an attachment.
Orders placed before 12.00 pm, between Monday and Friday, will be processed the same day.
As soon as the consignment has been dispatched you will be notified by e-mail allowing you to track your order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
Should you be absent when the delivery arrives and there are no instructions concerning what to do in such an event ( e.g. “leave with the concierge”), the carrier will leave a notice. You can then contact the service to plan for a new delivery.
There is no extra charge for a second delivery.

Please note that it is not possible to choose a specific delivery slot nor a differed delivery. If necessary contact us.
Don’t forget: though the delivery man may assist you in taking the consignment up to your apartment or down to your cellar, this is not a contractual obligation.
